H.O Short & Son are proud to be associated with GMC limited. We have used GMC for a number of projects from renovation to new build industrial units. We were recommended to contact GMC through a third party and since then formed a solid working relationship with George and Neil at GMC.

One of our first projects GMC worked on was to reovate the cottages on our farm which were in severe need of modinisation and up-grading to meet todays modern standards. George and Neil managed the complete ptoject including all plumbing, plastering, building and joinery work it is fair to say that we are delighted with the work that was carried out and this is now complemented by higher letting values on the property and higher standard of tenant.

Currently we are working on a large Industrial warehouse for the expansion of our grain processing business which has been a challenge on a less than easy site. GMC from the outset showed commitment and passion to ensure H.O. Short got the correct solution for our business and in the process of doing so managed to reduce building costs by 10%
