GMC Sustainable Development

During February 1998 our Government set a national target for 60% of new development be on brown field (see link for Brown field definition http://www.uklanddirectory.org.uk/brownfield.asp). GMC took this on board an immediate changed our development strategy to coenside with this important target for sustainable development. We dramatically reduced our green field site developments and started looking at potential developments on areas which were on previously developed ground.

As time has went by, we have continued to develop with conscience of our actions and constantly looking at ways not only reduce our impact on the worlds resources but also provide a sustainable home for you the client to enjoy for many years.
