Meet the Management

George M. Craig

After serving full time as joiner after leaving school, George quickly started working as a project manager travelling around the area running several projects at once. One local example of this is the Fire station at the 5 Arches in Berwick upon Tweed.

During 1976 George left this and started up his own business. Mainly kitchen fitting and other joinery. This quickly developed into a business with employees and a kitchen show room.

During the 80's George moved the business into buying and developing their own properties, while still maintaining a small amount of contracting.

George has been married to his wife Linda who has co-directed the business with him since its conception, they enjoy travelling and spending time with their 3 grown up children and their 4 grand children. Linda excelled in sailing in her youth taking her place in history as the only woman to win the winter series at Berwick sailing club. While George also enjoyed a short yet successful watersking championship during the early 90's.

Upon Leaving School Neil followed his fathers footsteps and finished an apprenticeship in carpentry and Joinery employed by GMC. Upon Completion of the apprenticeship Neil attended Napier University in Edinburgh and achieved a honours degree in Construction Project Management over a 4 year course.

With this completed Neil returned to the business environment to join forces with George and drive the well established company forward.

Neil Enjoys spending time with his wife Jules and their son George. While following the sporting tradition of his parents competing in Triathlons during the summer months and Surfing in the winter.
