Home Extension 

GMC Design & Build

GMC have started on site building a single storey flat roof extension. GMC we invited in at design stage. GMC helped the client through several design options before deciding on the appropriate design, which suited both budget and the needs of the customer.

The GMC team handled planning permission and Building Control applications acting as agent for the client. As with all GMC Design and Build projects there is one point of contact for the client from start to finish. When you come on board you get your contacts mobile number which is on 24/7, this is the level of customer service you can expect at GMC.

With this extension forming part of the home kitchen, GMC Kitchen department have designed a bespoke kitchen to the customers own specification, which will be fitted in tandem with the build project.

The on site build team are currently out the ground and starting work on the roof.

Here we can see the Sub-structure being compacted with a vibrating plate, with the floor slab Insulation about to be installed.

This picture shows the high specification timber frame panel manufactured in the GMC workshop ready to go to site.
