With the customer prepared their own Drawings through their appointed architect and with Building Regulations in place and ready to go. GMC estimators priced the working drawings provided and were able to give the customer a quote to carry out the works in full.

With the project falling under permitted development and building regulations already in place. GMC were able to move on site within 8 weeks of getting the go ahead.

GMC Completed the strengthening of the timber rafters by strapping them with larger stress graded timbers to carry the floor loadings. A new 1800 dormer window and 2 velux windows were installed to light the new room. The walls and celling were insulated with 150mm of king span making the room exceptionally warm.

While on site GMC were happy to carry out further jobs to the client’s requirement under separate negotiation.

GMC completed all works to time and budget including additional work requested by the client.
