GMC have just finished a small porch extension in Berwick upon Tweed. GMC were brought in at design stage to carry out the design process. The design was comlpeted so it would fall under 'permitted development' and therefore not be subject to planning permission.
Building regulations did apply however and GMC acted as agent for the customer for this process.
With this project GMC tradesmen completed all ground works including re-laying the block paving around the porch as soon as ground works were complete to minimise disruption to the customer. GMC manufactured the timber frame in our manufacturing workshop. GMC provided the windows and doors to match the existing also manufactured in house in our workshop at HQ.
