Home Extension

GMC have recently finished a private home extension in the Berwick area.

Using the GMC procurement method the client was in complete control of budget at all times, with the GMC team taking care of all the details.

Once the Design team had finished and the client was happy with the project plan and budget. GMC tradesmen arrived on site. GMC personell completed every aspect of the project, organising all other trades to work along side our own.

The design of this home extension required 2 glue-lam timber trussess to be manufactured in-house in the GMC workshop.

GMC also installed a feature fire place with wood burning stove and tripple set of Bi-Folding doors. Finishing the room with a bespoke natural timber flooring.

GMC took time to match the extension in with the rest of the property, lining the roof though and matching the original wall covering.

GMC landscapping department installed a timber deck area off the tripple Bi-fold doors. Also laying the finishing flags.

GMC kitchen design team took care of the design and layout of the kitchen while the installation team took care of the fitting and tiling.

With this project the GMC covered every need of the client and project was completed well within time and on budget.
