Upon winning the tender for this project GMC were consulted by the requirement of the client on the importance of this project being completed to coincide with the begining of the local tourist season.
We took this on board and delivered the product well within the required time.
The works included the part demolition of internal structures and new service routes established to the building. A new insulated concrete floor with the external walls then lined with highly energy efficient timber framing with high quality insulation installed to minimise heat loss.
GMC Windows manufactured in-house and glazed with high performace double glazing units.
2 velux solar sun tunnels installed to provide the en-suite with natural light.
