Flood damage (April 2010)

Flood damage repair

Flood Damage repairs started. After the heavy rain fall during November 2009 several properties close to the Tweed and surrounding water courses where flood damaged. GMC were brought in to this project for the drying out stage.

The research and development team developed a drying out strategy over an eight week programme. During this time moisture content levels were taken and recorded for analysis. Once these readings were at an expectable level, the property is declared dry the reinstatement process begins. GMC are currently restoring this property.
