Ground floor removal and installation of under floor heating pipes covered with a calcium screed. New heating and hot water system powered by a condensating gas boiler aided with 2 solar panels on the roof for hot water supply.

16 solar PV panels to suplement the electricity supply.

We are also installing a sub-terrain rain water harvesting system to reduce the use of mains water.

Our Kitchen team have design and provided a kitchen to the clients requirements and ready for installation. We are the kitchen providers so no problems with waiting lists etc.

New double glazed window units have been manufactured in house and fitted within the existing shuttered sourrounds. Thus improving interior and exterior esthetics and reducing heat loss.

Complete 2nd floor re-configuration including fitted bedroom furniture bespoke manufactured by GMC crafts men and en-suite.
